Will e-mail filters stop mail I don’t want stopped.

Question:

Should I worry about important e-mail getting stopped by filters.

More information:

Most of your mail will come through with little or no problem, at most some may get a [BULK] or [QUAR] tag prefixed to the subject line. Most legit e-mail goes through with little or no problems. The filter we use only accidentally has about 1 in 100,000 legit messages blocked and the sender should be notified that their mail was blocked allowing them to resend with the problem usually fixed.

Always WHITELIST addresses from people that you are expecting it from so that you never have difficulties getting mail from them.

If the mail someone is sending us cannot be delivered let us know and we will try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. You can always add specific e-mail senders to your allowable users (see the other e-mail help items).
