Why am I still getting messages with a [QUAR] in the subject line?

Question:

I get the "Spam Quarantine" Messages but I still get some that say QUAR in the subject...

There are two possible reasons for this:

Barracude filters your mail before it gets here so if you have two e-mail addresses (name change, you're an administrator, or some other reason you've got different addresses going to the same account). It's possible we missed the second account and you'll have to add it manually.

The other reason may be that you whitelisted someone but the Barracuda (the quarantine filter) removed something virus-like (or it felt was dangerous) before it passed it on to you so it wanted to let you know.
