What does "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" mean?
This is just a polite notification letting you know it didn't get immediately sent to the destination, some kind of "Information Super-highway road construction (or accident)" between here and whatever post office that you sent the message to.
Mail should resume when the "road" opens back up. Assume the message went through.
If the problem continues you'll get one or two of these if there is still a problem and when it gives up the last one says "rejected" (or something similar) instead of "delay" IF the problem never corrects itself.
