My phone is not transferring my calls to voice mail
Question:
What to do if your phone is busy or unanswered and does not transfer to voice mail.
More information:This will transfer callers to voice mail if you do not answer your phone and/or you phone is busy.
In Pierce or the Elementary Buildings: Dial *687 and then hang up.
In Thurston or in Central Office: Dial *077 and hang up, then dial *177 and hang up.
