My display is fuzzy
Question:
Image is not clear on computer monitor.
More information:Try turning the computer and monitor off and then turn both back on.
If the picture is still fuzzy check to make sure the computer is connected to the monitor. The monitor plugs into the mini 15 pin port (all pins may not be used), please make sure that is pushed in all the way.
Make sure you are not trying to plug it into the 9 pin port (they are the same size)
If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
