I can’t see my computer display
Question:
Cannot get any picture on the computer monitor.
More information:Please make sure the monitor is plugged in, plugged into the wall and that the other end of the power is pushed into the monitor. It may have just been pulled out a little.
Please make sure the computer is connected to the monitor. The monitor plugs into the mini 15 pin port (all pins may not be used), please make sure that is pushed in all the way.
Make sure you are not trying to plug it into the 9 pin port (they are the same size)
If still no picture try turning the computer off and then back on.
If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
