The "__" key does not work
Question:
One or more of the keys on my keyboard is not working.
More information:Check the keyboard cable and make sure it didn’t get pulled out of the back of the computer.
Please turn the computer off for 10 seconds (be sure to "shut down") and then back on again.
If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
