Mouse does not work at all

Question:

Cannot get the mouse to move at all.

More information:

Please make sure the mouse is plugged in (push it in all the way) and you have turned the computer off and then back on. It may have just been pulled out a little. If it's still not working turn the computer OFF for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.

Mice generally have a green colored connector (but not always) and goes into the back of the computer into one of the many USB ports.

(Lost/stolen items are not to be reported, these are replaced at the building level).

If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
