No/Bad Sound on Television
Question:
I can’t hear the sound on channel .
More information:Make sure the VCR is off by using the buttons on the front of the VCR (don’t use the remote).
Make sure the sound is turned up on the television by using the buttons on the front of the TV (don’t use the remote).
If the sound isn’t going to a classroom television please check with the room next door and let us know if it’s a problem with multiple classrooms or just one classroom. (We bring totally different tools).
If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
CATEGORY: Use Broadcast System if multiple rooms, use TV if only one room.
