Keyboard is not working

Question:

Keyboard is not responding.

More information:

Please turn the computer off and then back on (Shut Down, not restart) and make sure the keyboard is plugged in.
Keyboards generally have the purple (if colored) connector and goes into the back of the computer in the same colored slot with a keyboard icon next to it.


(Lost/stolen items are not to be reported, these are replaced at the building level).


If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
