No Sound on my Compaq Computer
Question:
This a known problem: There are two steps to try.
More information:1a) Please make sure the volume is up on the computer and your monitor/speakers.
1b) If your sound comes out the monitor make sure the sound is not muted.
1c) Computer sound does not come out the Television (even when viewing the computer on it).
2) Please turn the computer OFF (use Shut Down, do not Restart) for 10 seconds and then turn it back on. This should correct the problem.
If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
