Computer Picture on the Television
Question:
I cannot see the computer image on the Television.
More information:Make sure your TV is set to channel 00.
If that does not work, turn the TV off, check the connections and turn the TV back on to 00 and see if it works.
The AverMedia QuickPlay is set up like this. Since 2006 all scan converters should be this model. Please create a trouble ticket if you still use an older model.
If you have one of the other model scan converters the General Set Up diagram should help (there are only four cords).
FYI: Computer sound does not come out the Television. Please make sure the volume is up on the computer and your monitor/speakers.
If the problem is still occurring, please turn the below information to your building media specialist who will then create a trouble ticket..
