FreeWebs

My favorite (easiest) place to create web sites. NO SOFTWARE NEEDED! And it's easy to use to add photos, documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and more. It's free and there are no banner/popup ads (other than a sentence that mentions FreeWebs). Supposedly there are limitations, but I haven't hit the limit yet in my testing.

Here is a 1 page help page that may help you out.
